Exchange Policy

We will be happy to exchange your item for a different size or colour only.

You must return the item to be exchanged within 7 days of receipt, and you will be required to pay the return shipping charges.   

If we cannot provide the item in another size or colour we will issue you a store credit for the price of the item only, not the shipping charges.

If an exchange is issued, you will be charged a flat rate of $12 for the shipping of the new item. 

No exchanges on sale items.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange earrings.

Unfortunately at this stage exchanges are not available for international orders. 

Returns Policy 

It is important to us that you're happy with your Miro Miro purchase. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt for domestic orders only, and you will be required to pay the return shipping charges.

Returned items must not have been worn, altered, washed or missing original tags. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale. 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

In the event of a refund with an Afterpay order, as we are a small independent business, we are unable to refund the Afterpay merchant fees.

We have the right to reject a return if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.

Gift vouchers cannot be returned.

Returns will only be accepted on full-price items only.

No returns on sale items.

Unfortunately at this stage, returns are not available for international orders.

Returning Your Item to Miro Miro

Login to your Miro Miro account and view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.


If you did not create an account at checkout, simply email us at with the Order# and the Items you wish to return, and state the reason for returning the item. 

Securely pack and seal the items in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the return address we provide to you.

NOTE: We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

All SALE items and earrings are FINAL SALE. Return or exchange requests on sale items will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
